Max & Maxie employee’s selection, employee training and periodical inspections are to ensure that our services in your premises will meet your expectation. We understand that personnel selection; instruction and evaluation must be conducted in accordance to accomplish customers cleaning requirement.

Our instruction to the staffs involves combination of method of work, which includes hand-on demonstration and printed instruction. This is to ensure that our workers will be able to execute the task given accurately and confidently.

The system employed to monitor our client’s properties and facilities and with our experience enables us to effectively handle the labor demands and the financial requirement of any account we contract. Our personnel management techniques are unique and centered on cost control and provide a quick response to client need as they change throughout the year.

STAFFING & VETTING

Taking into consideration the requirement of your business nature, our selection of the employees entails a personal interview followed by thorough reference check. And due to the sensitivity of our trade and industry, cleaning in houses or offices where most of our customers have valuables and confidential documents, our staff are checked by, Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) now known as DBS Disclosure which is the documentation which the police and government departments hold on an individual and that contains important information about any convictions or contact they may have had with the authorities.

Max & Maxie Services Ltd checks every employee to safeguard our customers, and for the company reputation. Our customers/clients must feel safe in all circumstances and at all times. It is the intention of Max & Maxie Services Ltd that our client’s premises are kept in a neat and clean condition at all times. The specifications submitted herein will be considered minimum requirement. Therefore this specifications will only be referred to as a guide rather than limitation to the services required to effectively maintaining the facility.

The facility is to be staffed to maintain an optimum condition of cleanliness. If the level of cleaning at any time is considered to be unacceptable, then Max & Maxie will adjust its staff to take the necessary measure to overcome the situation. Staffs shall be adjusted as required to accomplish any periodical maintenance herein specified without abandoning the daily janitorial services. Any extra services will be performed at a predetermined rate agreed by both parties.

CHAIN OF COMMANDS

To enable us to provide quick and effective response to all the needs of our customer’s requirement, we have a short and flexible and yet efficient chain of command. The personnel assigned to your facility are directly in charge of all day to day tasks.

The personnel will work closely with the manager in conjunction with the operation of the immediate area.

The operation manager is responsible for the inspection of work and provides back up to ensure continuity of high quality performance. The manager conducts inspection primarily during business hours and periodically throughout the year.
